Construction Activities
The below Construction Activities Strategy Data Table provides the Project type, location, timeframes and related project documents including the Construction Activities Documentation Form-Part 1 and Construction Activities Documentation Form-Part 2, once available. These documents provide construction details as required in the Grant Agreement,.
Once an approved Construction Activities Documentation Form-Part 1 is provided to the city, it may begin the implementation of the project (bidding, construction, etc).
Upon completion of the construction activities, the city will submit the Construction Activities Documentation Form-Part 2, with invoice and photo documentation to Illinois EPA for final approval.
