Siting Certification

This form is to be used to demonstrate compliance with the siting requirements of the Act for new pollution control facilities.  Facilities excluded from the definition of pollution control facility in section 3.330(a) of the Act need not submit this form, but should explain how they meet the exclusion in their permit application. Failure to submit this form when required is cause for an application to be deemed incomplete or denied.
