The Illinois EPA has downgraded the air quality forecast for the Metro-East St. Louis forecast sector to Unhealthy for Sensitive Groups, including an Air Pollution Action Day. This is in addition to the Areawide Air Pollution Action Day in effect today, July 20th. This was expanded to include all Illinois AirNow AQI forecast sectors and only excludes select counties in southern Illinois. This Action Day and the associated National Weather Service Air Quality Alert designations are set to expire at midnight tonight.  Visit www.AirNow.gov to stay up to date on current conditions. 

Agriculture Water Quality Partnership Forum Technical Subgroup

The Agriculture Water Quality Partnership Forum Technical Subgroup is comprised of representatives of state and federal agencies, as well as agriculture and conservation organizations, and is charged with determining the process and procedure for tracking and reporting agriculture conservation practices for the NLRS Biennial Report.
