Examination Schedule
You must have a Letter of Admission to take the wastewater operator examination. The Examination Request for Wastewater Operator Certification must be submitted for a Letter of Admission to be issued. To insure proper processing, it is important that all of the requested information on the form is correctly completed and is submitted to the Operator Certification Unit at least 30 days prior to the desired examination date.
Note: Space constraints limit the number of persons we can schedule at each examination location. Thus, the earlier you apply, the better chance you have to be scheduled for your choice of examination location and date.

All examinations will begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at 12:00 p.m. You must call or email the Testing Site to schedule you date & location. You must have a Letter of Admission and a photo ID to enter the exam room.
