Archived Pesticide Notices of Intent

Information on NOIs submitted to the Agency are available on the list below after the NOI has been reviewed for completeness. After the NOI has been reviewed, an identifying ILG number is assigned to the permit application and a notification will be posted on the public notices page for a period of 14 days. This does not mean your permit application has been approved. Coverage under the general Pesticide permit will be by letter issued by the Illinois EPA. The list below contains all NOIs submitted to the IEPA to date. Follow the instructions provided on the NOI and in the general permit for more details on what is required to receive permit coverage.

Interested parties may contact the Illinois EPA, Bureau of Water, Permit Section at (217) 782-0610 regarding the parties covered by the general permit. Permit application or facility information may be obtained by request in accordance with the IEPA's FOIA rules.
