Delegated Permit Authority

Delegated Permit Authority Limited construction permit authority for water main and sewer line extension permits may be delegated by the Agency to requesting communities having qualified, adequate, full-time engineering staffs. These community systems are evaluated annually to ensure compliance with the delegation agreement.
