Grievances and Resolutions

The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency has an established grievance procedure to ensure fair resolutions to complaints alleging violations of Title VI, Section 601 of the 1964 Civil Rights Act and/or the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency's Environmental Justice Policy.
