CRR Registration & Report

CERA does not prohibit collectors and recyclers from operating outside of the IL E-Waste Program.

When registering as a program Collector, each serviced program collection site or one-day event must be listed on the Registration Form. If the date or location for a future one-day collection event is not known, it is acceptable to declare the event date or location as To Be Determined (TBD), but the decided date and location must be provided to the Agency when determined.

When registering as a program Recycler, an annual registration fee of $3,000 is due to the Agency by January 1st with the registration form.

Collector, Recycler, Refurbusher Registration Forms are due by January 1st of each year.

Collector Electronic Products Collection & Transportation Reports are due by March 1st of each year. 

Forms

If you experience difficulties opening the forms and get a message that starts with "Please wait…," then you need to:

  1. Right-click on the hyperlink and select "Save link as…" to download the forms to your desktop.
  2. Use Acrobat Reader to open the downloaded file from your desktop.
