Sign up for alerts on CCR facilities
Complete the form below to sign up for notifications regarding Coal Combustion Residuals (CCR). For any facilities that you select, you will receive emails for the following:
- Agency receipt of Permit application,
- Agency receipt of Alternative Source Demonstration,
- Facility request for Agency to notify recipients of the notification list, and
- Notification of Agency Final Permit Determination.
By signing up for notifications, you will also receive public notices for the facilities chosen.
