Illinois Generator Nonhazardous Special Waste Annual Report for Waste Shipped Out-of-State

Due to regulation changes to 35 Illinois Administrative Code 809.501, generators shipping nonhazardous special waste to an out-of-state receiving facility are no longer required to submit annual reports to the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
