Hazardous Waste (RCRA) Remediation Projects
Remediation projects which are regulated by RCRA include: (1) closure of former hazardous waste management units at RCRA interim status and RCRA permitted facilities; (2) corrective action at RCRA permitted facilities; and (3) certain remedial activities carried out under a RCRA Remedial Action Plan Permit. Plans, reports and applications associated with these remediation projects are reviewed by the Permit Section of the Bureau of Land.
