Push-Driven Technology
Push-driven technology is a useful and effective technology, which yields accurate and representative soil and groundwater samples when used properly. In addition, this technology allows the collection of more samples in a shorter period of time, easier mobilization, and the ability to sample in areas not accessible to a drill rig and in a more cost-effective manner.
This fact sheet is intended to identify the appropriate application of push-driven technology in all Bureau of Land Cleanup and Regulatory Programs.
