NPDES Settlement Public Notices
Consent Orders
Pursuant to federal law and the program delegation agreement between U.S. EPA and the State of Illinois, proposed consent orders involving the NPDES program must be placed on public notice for 30 days, during which time public comments can be accepted on the proposed order.
