RCRA Standardized Permit Applications

A RCRA standardized permit is a new type of streamlined RCRA permit that a facility may obtain to manage hazardous waste under the following sxenarios:

  • The facility generates the waste and then stores or non thermally treats the hazardous waste on-site in containers, tanks, or containment building; or
  • The facility receives hazardous waste generated off-site at a facility under the same ownership of the receiving facility and the receiving facility then stores or┬ánon thermally treats the hazardous waste on-site in containers, tanks, or containment building
